Ilya has been practicing real estate law since 1999. He has earned a reputation as a tough, but fair, negotiator with deep and broad expertise in real estate law. Ilya prides himself in demystifying what can be complicated and arcane processes for first-time buyers and sellers.
He earned his BA from Brandeis University and his JD and MBA from Suffolk University Law School.
Ilya is fluent in Russian and proficient in Hebrew. When not researching or arguing the finer points of the law, he enjoys spending time with his wife Suzana and sons William and Austin.
Marci is a second-generation real estate attorney. She worked for her father’s firm for several years, before striking out on her own in 2005. Marci specializes in drafting purchase and sale agreements, reviewing condominium documents, assisting clients with condominium conversions and closing loans for buyers, sellers and lenders. In 2015, she merged her firm, Cambridge-based Hill Law Offices, LLC, with KIRZNER/FUCHS.
She is a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Rochester and earned her JD, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
Marci enjoys spending time with her children Sienna and Cole and their Westie Tikki, as well as running, skiing, boating and traveling.
Dmitry has been a real estate attorney since 2002. He practices various aspects of residential and commercial real estate law — from condo conversions to drafting and reviewing documents to representing buyers, sellers and developers at closings.
Dmitry, who is fluent in Russian, earned his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Suffolk University Law School. He enjoys spending time with his family and his German Shepherd, Xeno.
